ROAD NETWORK SYSTEM 

a) Industrial Cluster

Sriwijaya CBD provides primary road with Right of Way (ROW) 40 m, two lines and two lanes, each lane has 8 m width. In secondary road, we provide road with Right of Way (ROW) 33 m, two lines and two lanes, each lane has 8 m width.

b) Commercial & Residential Cluster

Sriwijaya CBD provides primary road with Right of Way (ROW) 24 m, two lines and two lanes, each lane has 6 m width. In secondary road, we provide road with Right of Way (ROW) 20 m, two lines and two lanes, each lane has 4 m width.

DRAINAGE NETWORK SYSTEM 

The main channel is made of 5-8 m width of reinforced concrete located at main road.  The secondary channel is made of 2-3 m precast concrete at located main road.

SYSTEM FOR WASTE WATER 

To distribute the waste water, we provide pipeline of HDPE with diameter of 50 mm – 300 mm and Manhole of 800 mm-1000 mm which is installed at every 50 m.

STREET LIGHTING NETWORK 

SYSTEM 

In street lighting, lighting poles with 250 watt, 220 volt, 50 Hz are installed along the roads with 40 m distance between poles. 

GAS PIPELINE SYSTEM 

Gas pipeline system will be provided by PGN 

(gas state owned company).

OPTICAL FIBER CABLE 

Fiber optic network will be provided for the tenants 

by a telecommunication company.

SOURCE OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY

Electrical power supply will be provided by PLN

(electricity state owned company). 

WATER TREATMENT PLANT 

We provide WTP with ultimate capacity Qcap = 120 lt/sec and phase-1 capacity Qcap =  60 lt/sec. 

WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT 

In WWTP, our system is supported by the ultimate capacity Qcap = 100 lt/sec and phase-1 capacity Qcap =   50 lt/sec. 

RETENTION POND FOR FLOOD CONTROL POINT

Ultimate Capacity – Vcap = 225,000 m3 with 4,5 Ha area of surface coverage.

Phase-1 Capacity – Vcap = 75,000 m3 with 1,5 Ha area of surface coverage. 

EMERGENCY EXIT 

AND ENTRANCE GATE 

Every cluster has an emergency exit gate

 and three entrance gates. 

SECURITY 

24 hours estate security is provided. 

FIRE PREVENTION 

Estate fire hydrant and fire brigade are provided.
